Refund and Cancellation Policy

At **Swarajya Micro Foundation**, we strive to provide excellent services and programs to support underserved communities. Our goal is to ensure that your experience is positive. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel or request a refund. Below is our policy on refunds and cancellations.

1. Donations

We deeply appreciate your support through donations to **Swarajya Micro Foundation**. Please note the following:

  • All donations made to **Swarajya Micro Foundation** are final and non-refundable.
  • Once a donation is processed, it is immediately applied to our programs and initiatives to support underserved communities.
  • If you believe there has been an error or issue with the donation, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction, and we will review the case individually.

2. Event Registration and Fees

If you have registered for an event organized by **Swarajya Micro Foundation**, the following refund and cancellation terms apply:

  • Cancellation Before the Event Date: If you need to cancel your registration before the event, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. A full refund will be issued, minus any processing fees.
  • Cancellations within 7 Days of the Event: If you cancel within 7 days of the event, a partial refund of 50% will be issued.
  • No Refunds After the Event: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the event has taken place or if you do not attend.

3. Program Fees

If you are enrolled in a paid program or training session offered by **Swarajya Micro Foundation**, please refer to the following terms:

  • Cancellation and Refund Before the Program Starts: If you wish to cancel your participation before the program starts, you are eligible for a refund of 80% of the program fee.
  • Cancellation After the Program Begins: No refunds will be issued once the program has started. If you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, we encourage you to reschedule or participate in future programs.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via email at swarajyamicrofoundation72@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund/Cancellation Request."
  • Provide your transaction details, including the date, amount, and description of your request.
  • If applicable, include any supporting documents (e.g., receipts, email confirmations).

Once we receive your request, we will process it within 5-7 business days and confirm the outcome via email.

5. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or natural disasters, we may offer a refund or cancellation outside of the standard terms. These cases will be reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis.
